CSM's Math League Scores in National Competition

For a second consecutive year, the CSM's Student Math League did extremely well in a national competition sponsored by the American Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges, ranking among the top fourth in the nation. Knowledge Now 2004 Contest

Radford University Regional Technology Educations Consortium (RTEC)
The Radford University College of Information Science and Technology (CIST) received an NSF Advanced Technological Education (ATE) award in 2002. The award promotes the expansion of collaborative partnerships for the development of replicable model technology programs through articulation agreements between Radford University and 11 regional Virginia Community Colleges. The project focuses on developing strong career pathways using a four-pronged approach
The collaborative efforts of the partners have facilitated smooth transfers of community college graduates with A.A.S. degrees in Information Systems Technology into baccalaureate degree programs in Computer Science and Technology and Information Science and Systems through the CIST at Radford University.
