SPIN SPIN is a statewide project of the Maine Parent Federation, serving parents and professionals who are concerned about issues related to children and young adults with disabilities. The office is located in Manchester, Maine. Visitors are welcome. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The SPIN staff has experience as parents of children with disabilities and have access to a wide range of information. They are available to answer requests for information or to help parents find the answers to more complex problems.
