How It All Began The Winter Games PBS CyberSchool has its roots in the first National Teacher's Enhancement Network course, the Physics of Energy. Taught by Dr. George Tuthill, Professor of Physics at Montana State University-Bozeman, this early Internet course was offered to high school teachers and was designed to provide them with high quality distance-learning opportunities that they could access from their homes or schools.
