Course work must be completed prior to applying for certification. RESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATION – One hundred twenty (120) hours of academic instruction in courses approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board. GENERAL CERTIFICATION – One hundred eighty (180) hours of academic instruction in courses approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board.
