La Concorde
Word: Word Starts with Ends with Definition La Concorde is the national anthem A national anthem is a generally patriotic musical composition that is formally recognized by a country's government as their state's official national song. During the course of the 19th and 20th centuries, with the rise of the national state, most countries adopted a national anthem, which in some cases coexists with other commonly sung patriotic songs. The names of nations that no longer exist, or are not independent states but nevertheless have official anthems, are italicized . Dependencies are listed only if they have an anthem separate from or in addition to that of their mother country.

It borders on Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo and the Gulf of Guinea. Ruled by autocratic presidents since independence from France on August 17, 1960, Gabon introduced a multiparty system and a new constitution in the early 1990s that allowed for a more transparent electoral process and for reforms of governmental institutions. A small population, abundant natural resources, and foreign private investment have helped make Gabon one of the more prosperous black African countries.

(COTE D'IVOIRE, EMIGRATION INTERNE, MIGRATION URBAINE-RURALE, EMIGRANT). Urban emigration, economic crisis and transformation of rural areas in Côte d'Ivoire. Though rural depopulation is still dominant in minds about Africa, there is an inversion of migration flows in Côte d'Ivoire: between 1988 and 1993, the urban to rural migrations are dominant. The article tries to explain the causes and the effects of this reversal. Firstly, it presents a typology of the urban emigrants, function of their age and their motivations. Secondly, it examines the urban emigrants' capacity to transform, and even to urbanize the rural areas. (COTE D'IVOIRE, OUT-MIGRATION, URBAN-RURAL MIGRATION, EMIGRANTS).

Penchenier L, Wang Sonne, Bureau Ph.
