This page links to those journals and newsletters of interest to acquisitions and collection development librarians which have free Web access to either their full contents, partial contents or a complete table of contents. We do not currently link to Web titles which require payment to access. It also links to the archives of email discussion groups (such as listservs) and Usenet Newsgroups, as they another form of current awareness in our profession. About the scope annotations: A special thank you to the librarians at University at Buffalo whose Electronic Journals and Serials site provided some inspiration. We have not gone the next step of their much more detailed informational record, which is explained in their policy statement , but would recommend it both to those considering how to access e-journals and to those looking for lists of scholarly e-journals.
