III. Asian Language and Culture Japanese Language Teacher Training Program (JLTTP) Japanese graduate students, selected for their academic ability, English proficiency, and de­sire to teach, are trained and placed in a three-part program:
  • Orientation to American Culture and Graduate School Japanese Language Pedagogy, developed by Dr. Seiichi Makino, Professor of Lin­guistics and Japanese Language at Princeton, and taught by Japanese language specialists under Dr. Makino's supervision.
