Simon James Ancient Celts Page
Simon James is an author, and an archaeologist. He presents a clear, concise and rational introduction to the ancient Celts from an archaeological standpoint, and does an excellent job of presenting different scholarly viewpoints. He even includes a bibligraphy and web links. Some of his arguments and opinions are controversial, as you can see from this interview in Celtic Cultural Studies

Celtic Culture in Spain.
This site is about archaeological research into Celtic culture in Spain. It's in Spanish, but you might want to take a look even if you don't read Spanish.

Action 15. Peatland Archaeological Heritage
The importance of the National Monuments Acts is that they give statutory protection to those Recorded Monuments that occur in peatland areas, that may or may not be listed as Natural Heritage Areas. IPCC are also concerned that the National Museum's Wetland database of artefacts recovered from bogs and fens is not being adequately consulted during the pre-planning stages of proposed developments on peatlands. Undertaking a search of the database would provide a good indication of the likelihood of encountering archaeological finds on a proposed development site. Depending on the search results this would allow additional archaeological controls to be requested by the planning authorities. General Objective
To establish a network of peatland sites which will conserve a representative sample of archaeological sites and monuments in situ and to ensure adequate recording of sites lost due to development. Actions
3.15.1 All field surveys of sites and recorded monuments occurring within peatlands should be completed and the sites designated as Recorded Monuments without delay.
