Alcohol and Drug Field Training What's New Community Indicators of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Risk County Prevention Profiles "Community Indicators of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Risk" County Prevention Profiles have been updated for 2004. This report compiles data on 26 community indicators, including measures of risk factors associated with alcohol and other drug use, measures of overall substance use prevalance, and measures of the consequences associated with problem use. Its purpose is to provide relevant information to facilitate county planning and monitoring of prevention outcomes. The report is designed to serve as a tool for planners, policy-makers, and practitioners in the field, and may be especially useful for those counties applying for the State Incentive Grant (SIG).
