ESMERALDA EXPLORATION LTD

The Hungarian government has given Esmeralda Exploration Ltd. until March 30 to pay US$98 million in compensation for a cyanide spill last year, according to Bloomberg . Hungary - Government And Party Control
Ultimate responsibility for defense policy lay with the HSWP Politburo (see Party Structure , ch. 4). The party exercised several channels of control over the armed forces. The party officially controlled the army through the Government Administration and Administration Department of the Secretariat. The head of the Ministry of Defense's Main Political Administration reported to this party body and to the minister of defense. The Main Political Administration, in turn, controlled the political departments at the division level and the political deputies of the commanding officers at the subdivision level. Party cells were subordinated to the deputy commanders for political affairs. The Army Committee of the Central Committee of the HSWP supervised overall political work in the army. During peacetime the Presidential Council, whose members were subject to the HSWP's nomenklatura (see Glossary) authority, oversaw national defense; the defense committee of the National Assembly also worked closely with the Presidential Council (see State Apparatus , ch. 4). At the government level, the Council of Ministers' Committee of Defense supervised the defense committees of Budapest and those of the counties. The minister of defense was a member of the defense committees of both the Council of Ministers and the National Assembly in peacetime. During wartime, the president would transform the Presidential Council into the National Defense Council, with the minister of defense leading the war effort.

    The Flag
From the DK book: "The current flag was first used in the 1848-49 uprising. Its pattern was derived from the French Tricolore used during the French Revolution. The colors: red, white and green, date back to the 9th century. They were first used in 1608 during the reign of King Matthias II. Until 1945, the royal crown appeared in the center of the national flag." Red - symbolizes strength
    White - faithfulness
    Green - hope

    92. TP: Hungary Reaffirms Its Commitment To The War On Terror
Although the government has been at pains to stress that hungary is not a targetand that the threat level to the country has not changed over the past year

Hungary Reaffirms its Commitment to the War on Terror
John Horvath Hungarians are becoming increasingly worried about what the war on terror really means Despite the recent setbacks which have occurred in Iraq, the Hungarian government has vowed to continue to stand behind the US in its failed war in Iraq. As far as the Hungarian government is concerned, there is no difference between what has been going on in Iraq and the broader notion of the so-called "war on terror". Indeed, the confusion among the Hungarian political elite is such that Gyorgy Keleti, chairman of the parlimentary defence commitee and himself a former defence minister in the previous Socialist government, noted that Hungarian troops will remain in Iraq in order to fulfil their obligations under the UN. Little did he realise was that the UN hadn't backed the invasion and occupation of Iraq. Unfortunately, no one either in parliament or within the media corrected Keleti on this mistatement of fact, perhaps because they too are just as confused and uncertain of what Hungary's role in the Middle East conflict really is.
A s for average Hungarians, still reeling from the austerity measures put into place at the beginning of the year, the war on terror seems to be coming closer to home with each passing day. Although the government has been at pains to stress that Hungary is not a target and that the threat level to the country has not changed over the past year, events suggest otherwise. Just last week, as the President of Israel visted Hungary to attend the opening of a new Holocaust Museum to mark the 60th anniversary of when Hungary began exporting Jews to various Nazi concentration camps. Unprecedented security was apparent and at one stage of the visit, where the dignitaries were at the site of the former ghetto, the entire area was sealed off by police, unwittingly re-creating the Budapest ghetto once more.

Union between Austria and Hungary took place in 1867. Overall political authority was held by Emperor Franz Josef . Over 51 million people lived in the 675,000 square kilometres of the empire. The two largest ethnic groups were Germans (10 million) and Hungarians (9 million). There were also Poles, Croats, Bosnians, Serbians, Italians, Czechs, Ruthenes, Slovenes, Slovaks and Romanians. Overall, fifteen different languages were spoken in the Austro-Hungarian empire.
Austria and Hungary shared the same currency but other state functions rested with the national governments. Both states had unelected upper houses and elected lower houses of parliament. Hungarian politicians complained that the Austrian parliament was too powerful and that they were considered to be junior partners.

NOTE - Kal Korff is coming back to ufology after two years off. He is currently living and writing in Prague. Somehow, he got to the Hungarian government and BOUGHT a copy of the video. He and SZILARD are now associates. Kal is coming on the program March first and will be sending exclusive NEW images of this story.
    Dear Jeff,
(snip) I have visited your web site and must inform you that the images were not reversed. I think after translation I understand what is said, but you should know that the pilot was busy filming the object and the image does move from left to right and go out of view, so I think this is obvious fact. If the disk were not moving, it would not go out of view as it does. Yes the object no question slow down, but the pilot was busy filming and not paying attention to anything but his filming. For what it is worth, I can also inform you that after the disk went out of the camera view he looked up and it was gone, he never saw it again.
The shape is obviously a flat disk, it is no a blimp and every Hungarian knows that such blimps do not fly over Budapest. I do not mean to insult your colleague, please understand.

There is a line a nation crosses in violating the free exercise of religion, as well as the freedom of conscience. In America, this "line" has shifted over the years. Where is it now? Should Christians seek political power or should we only focus on evangelism? Answer
In the often shady world of politics, it is usually the last place a Christian wants to be. But should Christians really be focused on seeking political office? Here are some thought-provoking reasons why Christ's ambassadors should not shy away from being the public's ambassadors in government.
