Alpha Gamma Delta was officially founded at Syracuse University in 1904. Since that time, Alpha Gamma Delta has grown steadily and presently has over 150 chapters nationally and internationally. The Theta Mu chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta was chartered at UNCW in 1991 Alpha Gams enjoy being active in a wide variety of activities including Panhellenic, cheerleading, ski team, dance team and other organizations on campus. We are also thrilled to have won the Talent Show competition during Greek Week ‘99. We further believe strongly in scholarship which is evident in our representatives in honor societies such as Order of Omega, Psi Chi, Phi Era Sigma, Teaching Fellows, and the Honors Program.
