You might jump right into these links if you have the basics down, or if you would like to skip to information on Stafford Loans, PLUS Loans or Perkins Loans. It is important to consider all types of financial aid especially forms of aid that do not have to be repaid. While student loans are used by millions of students each year, everyone needs to exercise care in choosing how much to borrow and the loan program that best fits their circumstances. Government-sponsored Stafford Loans are a popular choice because they offer low interest rates, and you don’t have to start repaying them until you leave school. There are two kinds. The Subsidized Stafford Loan (for students who qualify for need-based financial aid) and the Unsubsidized Stafford Loan (for students who don’t demonstrate financial need).

First Aid for Parrots
It is very useful to have a basic understanding of treating your bird with first aid as in most circumstances your closest avian veterinary surgeon may be some distance away. For this to be successful then you should have a prepared first aid kit and know how to use it. It is also vital to understand your limitations and at no stage use first aid as an excuse for correct diagnosis and treatment of your bird. Used correctly first aid will prevent further damage to your bird whilst you are making the journey to the vets and at best it might save your birds life.
First Aid Principals
First aid is not intended to replace proper diagnosis and treatment of a case but to simply provide emergency care for the bird until you can reach your vet. The items in the kit should be used in conjunction with the two main principals of avian first aid.
Reduce stress – an injured bird is stressed so reduced handling to the minimum and as soon as you have finished treating the bird put it in a dark area (either a box or its cage) and do not disturb it.

You may only skin one item from each creature after it is slain. The process of skinning renders the rest of the carcass unusable. Not all creatures are skinnable, and some skinnable parts have applications for the creation of dyes, use in summoning and enchantment spells, etc.
The second use of First Aid allows you to heal minor wounds. Every four ranks of First Aid allows you to heal wounds equal to one rank of
