Welcome to the FFA Facts web site. If you're thinking about using FFA pages, please read through our site first. We'll tell you the truth about whether they are actually worth it. Surely submitting your site to 100,000 Free For All pages is going to bring traffic to your site? The short answer is no, it won't. When was the last time you looked for an FFA to find a web site? The simple truth is that NOBODY finds web sites through FFA sites. Free For All Sites are simply pages with a long list of links on them, with usually no other descriptions apart from the titles of the sites. Even if someone did visit an FFA page with your link on it, it is very unlikely they would find you amongst all of the other links there. We have conducted our own research and found that our web site received NO TRAFFIC WHATSOEVER from the thousands of FFA pages we had submitted to. People often submit their site to thousands of FFA sites in the hope that this will increase their "link popularity" and therefore boost their search engine ranking. The truth is though, that not many of the FFA sites are registered with the major search engines, so the search engines won't know that you have all these "links". If the search engines can't see all these links pointing to your site, then it won't have any effect on your ranking. If the search engines did find them, it could even hurt your ranking, as many search engines penalise you for artificially trying to raise your "link popularity".
