Cloverbud advisor Karen Walker told me about it after our June 8th meeting. The cloverbuds made exercise batons and telescops. They also discussed different activities and whether they were resting or active activities. They took their resting pulse in their neck. They then jumped up and down for 20 seconds and took their pulse again to see the difference between the pulses. They concluded that the activity made their heart work and it was a good exercise.
