D., age 48, died of cancer August 21, 1998. He was the founder of the award-winning Untangling the Web . As a Research Assistant Professor in the International Center for Disability Information at West Virginia University, he published scholarly research articles and book chapters. He was a world-class guitar musician. He is missed by his many friends and colleagues.
