They were part of a package that was passed unanimously through the Pennsylvania House judiciary committee and, as seen in today's paper, is supported by the Governor. There has been a disinformation campaign started by smaller gun factions to defeat this package. Their web sites are loaded with information that is just plain wrong. The NRA had decided to remain neutral and not campaign against the package.
