9 abuses conspired to create "perfect fraud storm"
As corporate scandals like Enron and WorldCom continue to shake out in the courtroom, many investors are still waiting for an acceptable explanation of how it all happened and how similar abuses can be avoided.
Noted Brigham Young University fraud expert W. Steve Albrecht has identified nine abuses that converged to create what he calls the "perfect fraud storm," in which CEOs and other high-ranking corporate officers perpetrated the largest financial frauds in history. More High-res photography

Elder Dale E. Miller to speak at June 8 BYU devotional

Elder Dale E. Miller, a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will speak at a campus devotional Tuesday, June 8, at 11:05 a.m. in the de Jong Concert Hall on the BYU campus.
The devotional will be broadcast live on KBYU-TV (Channel 11), KBYU-FM (89.1), on the BYU-Television and BYU-Radio satellite networks and on byubroadcasting.org.
