crimes remained relatively stable between 1980 and 1999. In 1998, for every 100,000 youth in the United States ages 10 through 17, there were 1,751 arrests of

var loc = "../../../";
Juvenile violent crime is at its lowest level since 1987, and fell 30% between 1994 and 1998. . Fewer than half of serious violent crimes by juveniles are reported to law enforcement. This number has not changed significantly in 20 years. The rate at which juveniles committed serious violent crimes changed little between 1973 and 1989, peaked in 1993, and by 1997 declined to the lowest level since 1986. On average, juveniles were involved in one-quarter of all serious violent victimizations (not including murder) committed annually over the last 25 years.
In 1999, law enforcement officers arrested an estimated 2.5 million juveniles. Approximately 104,000 of these arrests were for violent crimes. The most common offense was larceny-theft. Juveniles accounted for 16% percent of all violent crime arrests and 32% of all property crime arrests in 1999. They accounted for 54% of all arson arrests, 42% of vandalism arrests, 31% of larceny-theft arrests, and 33% of burglary arrests. Juvenile arrest rates for violent crimes are down: the percentage of all juveniles arrested for violent crimes fell to an 11 year low in 1999, to 339 for every 100,000 individuals ages 12-17. This represents a 36% drop from the peak year 1994.

Florida's Forcible Sex Offenses (FSO) include forcible rape, attempted rape, forcible sodomy, and forcible fondling. Users of this site will note that various reports will use either a Forcible Rape or a FSO category in Index Offenses. When Forcible Rape is presented it includes rape and attempted rape only while forcible sodomy and forcible fondling are included in aggravated assault. Note: Dade County was renamed "Miami-Dade County" in 1997. All county and municipal data 1998 to date reflects this change. This change affects the alphabetical order of Miami-Dade County. http://www.propaganda101.com/Race/raceand.htm
SUMMARY OF THE FEDERAL UNIFORM CRIME REPORT ON RACE AND CRIME DIRECTLY FROM THE FBI'S FINAL CRIME STATS FOR 1995 IN THE 1995 UNIFORM CRIME REPORT special note : the fbi does not differentiate between hispanics and whites in these crime stats. This skews the white percentages, a fact you won't here from the leftist media. so remember, the white percentages are actually smaller than reported here. hispanics are 11%-13% of the population (probably more). one can safely assume that they commit crimes at about 1.5 to 1 ratio relative to thier % of the population.....i.e. they probably commit about 15-20% of violent crime. so, to get the actual white percentage, subtract 15% points. POPULATION PERCENTAGES (to use as a benchmark when viewing the stats on race and crime) WHITE - 70% BLACK - 12% HISPANIC - 11% OTHER (ASIAN, INDIAN, JEW) - 7% MURDER Ninety-one percent of those arrested for murder in 1995 were males and 9 percent, females. Blacks comprised 54 percent of the total; whites, 43 percent; and the remainder, other races (pg 22) NOTE: Remember, subtract 15% from the white 43% to get 28%. So, blacks 54%, hispanics 15%, whites 28%.
