Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor
At the state level,
Bill Pryor
sees no major Constitutional wrongs in the list below.
Pryor endorsed the "findings" of Richard Allen,
Deputy Attorney General. I called back in an attempt to hear from Bill Pryor himself that he felt this way, but I was unable to get through to him, of course. However I was told by the lady who answered the phone that "whatever Richard Allen comes up with in looking into complaints, Bill Pryor stands behind." So I am justified in printing the following cold hard FACTS:
Here is what
ALABAMA'S ATTORNEY GENERAL
BILL PRYOR ENDORSES,
SAYING THAT HE SEES WHERE NO WRONG
WAS DONE IN THIS COURT OF LAW:
These major Constitutional Right Violations are before the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals where President Bush has appointed Bill Pryor. 1. I was never allowed to face my accuser. Was even told by their appointed attorney that "this was not one of those cases where he needed to be there". 2. Ineffective assistance of counsel: guilty plea urged by this crony, never said a word on my behalf, refused to file an appeal, participated in attempting to frame me for "drugs in my system" (I don't use drugs). I demanded a blood test, then the tester said she must have 'used an outdated kit'. She re-tested the same urine, so she allowed that one to be negative. The judge was furious at their appointed crony when he told him it was negative. The crony whispered to the judge and shrugged his shoulders. 3. Severe coercion of a guilty plea

Conclusion North Carolina has had three Constitutions in her history as a State: the Constitution of 1776, the Constitution of 1868, and the Constitution of 1971.
Constitution of 1776
Drafted and promulgated by the Fifth Provincial Congress in December, 1776, without submission to the people, the Constitution of 1776 and its separate but accompanying Declaration of Rights sketched the main outlines of the new state government and secured the rights of the citizen from governmental interference. While the principle of separation of powers was explicitly affirmed and the familiar three branches of government were provided for, the true center of power lay in the General Assembly. That body not only exercised full legislative power; it also chose all the state executive and judicial officers, the former for short terms and the judges for life.

T he U.S. Constitution is the central instrument of government and the "supreme law of the land". It is the oldest written Constitution in the world that is in force. It was written in 1787 in Philadelphia by the Continental Congress of the new American republic and was officially adopted in 1789. The objective of the writers was to outline the structure of a new, strong central government after the years of weakness and chaos resulting from the preexisting "Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union" which loosely bound the colonies together since 1778. The U S Constitution outlines the structure and powers of the 3 branches of government (executive, legislative, judicial) and the 3 levels of government (federal, state, local). The basic principles of the Constitution are the same today as when it was written: the 3 branches of government (executive, legislative, judicial) are separate and each is checked and balanced off by the power of the other two, the U S Constitution is supreme

55 Strong Allies In The Fight Against Travel Scams
If you fall prey to a scammer's clever ploy, you have two good reasons to contact the state attorney general's office. While chances are slim that you will recoup your losses, you can at least have the satisfaction of helping to put an end to the scammer's activities. In some cases, these anti-scam warriors do manage to get some money refunded. In addition, you will help others avoid the same costly pitfall. If you are able to determine which state is home to the office or boiler room of the scammer, notify that state's attorney general as well as your own. Attorneys general are also a good source to check before you invest money and time in the vacation of your dreams. Since scammers move fast, the fact that no complaints are on file doesn't guarantee an offer's authenticity, but maybe you've run into a scam-under-investigation. In that case, your call to the state capital could provide the clue you need to keep from being taken. Here's a list of names, addresses, phone and fax numbers for all state and U.S. protectorate attorneys general. Phone numbers are listed first, followed by fax numbers. For the 50 states, address mail to The State Attorney Generals Office, followed by the name and address listed.

Testimony of Attorney General John Ashcroft Senate Committee on the Judiciary (NOTE: THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFTEN DEVIATES FROM PREPARED REMARKS) December 6, 2001 Mr. Chairman, Senator Hatch, members of the Judiciary Committee, thank you for this opportunity to testify today. It is a pleasure to be back in the United States Senate. On the morning of September 11, as the United States came under attack, I was in an airplane with several members of the Justice Department en route to Milwaukee, in the skies over the Great Lakes. By the time we could return to Washington, thousands of people had been murdered at the World Trade Center. 189 were dead at the Pentagon. Forty-four had crashed to the ground in Pennsylvania. From that moment, at the command of the President of the United States, I began to mobilize the resources of the Department of Justice toward one single, over-arching and over-riding objective: to save innocent lives from further acts of terrorism. America's campaign to save innocent lives from terrorists is now 87 days old. It has brought me back to this committee to report to you in accordance with Congress's oversight role. I welcome this opportunity to clarify for you and the American people how the Justice Department is working to protect American lives while preserving American liberties. Since those first terrible hours of September 11, America has faced a choice that is as stark as the images that linger of that morning. One option is to call September 11 a fluke, to believe it could never happen again, and to live in a dream world that requires us to do nothing differently. The other option is to fight back, to summon all our strength and all our resources and devote ourselves to better ways to identify, disrupt and dismantle terrorist networks.

Suspending the US Constitution
By q2112.com
Ever since 11 September 2001, we have asserted that when/if there is another terrorist attack in the States (either a legitimate attack or one cooked up by Bush and his Terrorist Regime), that the US Constitution would be suspended and martial law would be imposed. We have also suggested that such would be the case as a way of keeping this Bush in the White House at all cost by cancelling the 2004 election Some readers have written us calling our assertions "nonsense" and claiming that "this will never happen." Hopefully it won't.
However, General Tommy Franks recently addressed this topic and the story is on newsmax.com. (Article title: Gen. Franks Doubts Constitution Will Survive WMD Attack ) As you may recall, General Franks led the U.S. terrorist attack (war IS terror, folks) on Iraq to "liberate" Iraq's oil, natural gas and minerals. Now, mind you, newsmax.com is not a "liberal, bleeding heart, pinko, leftist, commie, fringe, wacko" website. (We think that covers all the words used by Bush supporters/right-wing reactionary fanatics to describe liberal-progressive websites). Newsmax.com is a right-wing site and they support this Bush (Ugh).
In the Franks interview on newsmax.com, we quote:
