The U.S. Department of Education's office of Student Financial Assistance announced that the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) will be available online beginning January 01, 2005 for the 2005-2006 version. You may apply using the FAFSA form on the Web @ www.fafsa.ed.gov
If you do not already have a US Department of Education Personal Identification Number (PIN), apply for one online @ www.pin.ed.gov
If you are a dependent student, encourage your parents to apply for their own PIN. Parents can apply for their own PINs in order to sign their children's FAFSA electronically. Parents who have multiple children applying for federal aid only need one (1) PIN. With your PINs, you and your parent(s) can electronically sign the FAFSA. The PIN simplifies the application process and allows you to get your results faster.
Within one to five business days of applying for a PIN, you will receive an e-mail with information about how to retrieve your PIN online. If you do not provide an e-mail address, a PIN mailer will be sent to your permanent mailing address within seven to ten days.

All three decisions involve claims against school systems. To date, there has been no Connecticut ABA case against the Birth to Three system that has gone all the way to hearing. The first decision is called In Re Child With Disabilities, No. 95-301, (11/20/95) and was decided in favor of the parents. The decision is believed to be against the town of Middletown (certain aspects of these decisions, such as the identities of the parties, must be kept confidential under the law).
