MASTER LIST OF MATERIALS OF THE R6 ERA (1963-1965) Notes (Updated to use "-" instead of blanks to improve the appearance in fonts with proportional spacing) www.scientology.org Note that the GPM materials of this era were originaly labled as Routine 3 (R3), meaning that they were run at level 3 (the highest level at that time). In late 1964, the lineup was extended to 4 levels and most of the R3 processes (except R3R) were moved up to level 4 and renamed R4. Eventually the bridge expanded again and the GPM materials were moved up to level 6 and the designation R6 came into effect. This eventually led to the R6EW solo process but initially R6 was a co-audited successor to the R3/R4 processes. When confidentiality was first put in around 1965, the entire GPM research line was treated as confidential. This was soon eased up to allow access to the early R3 materials (processes from R3A up to R3GAXX) and the bulletins on these were included in the old tech volumes (1975 era). By the time of the New tech volumes (1990 timeframe), the remaining R3/R4 materials (R3M etc.) were declassified and included in the volumes. This included things such as the Helatrobus implant platens which are in new tech volume VII. This was supposedly ordered by Ron back in the late 1970s and at that time the tapes that go along with these materials were put back on the SHSBC.

LINKS Coaching Education Program Program provides instruction for any individual regardless of coaching and playing background. INTRODUCTION The Illinois Youth Soccer Association’s Coaching Education Program (CEP) provides instruction to any individual regardless of their coaching or playing background. Course levels have been established to provide instruction to coaches. The content of each course is arranged progressively so that instruction relates to specific age groups. Organized in the same manner as the U.S. Soccer national coaching schools for the C, B and A License, the state level courses are for the U6-U8 Youth Module, U8-U10 Youth Module, U10-U12 Youth Module, ‘E’ Certificate and the ‘D’ License. STATE ‘G’ MINI CLINIC – 3 Hour Course A three hour introductory mini-clinic is available for your club, league or association. (Recreational leagues that become affiliated with us will receive their first ‘G’ Clinic free of charge.) This clinic is designed to introduce youth soccer to the parents and coaches of recreational programs who have little or no experience with coaching youth soccer. The ‘G’ Clinic can be modified to a specific soccer topic area of training of your choice.

LINKS Coaching Players With Disabilities By Tom Hart Director of Recreational Coaching Education, US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer is our community based training and team placement program for young athletes with special needs. The emphasis of this program is on development, training, and meaningful participation rather than on competition. Players are placed on teams according to their ability not their age. For those coaching athletes with mental or physical disabilities, the question often arises “What do I do different?” Coaching players with a physical or mental disability is not much different than coaching any other player. We should focus on what the player CAN DO rather than what they CANNOT. Instead of using “age appropriate” games and activities we simply substitute “developmentally appropriate” games. A thirteen-year-old player with Down Syndrome may not have much success with activities geared to age but may show success by using activities designed for younger players. www.youthsoccer.org/products.cfm

2004 College Coaches Seminar:
CHURCHILL CUP COACHING CERTIFICATE USA Rugby has gathered renowned rugby and non-rugby coaches and administrators from successful programs across the United States, as well as development personnel from the England Rugby Football Union (RFU) to present during the inaugural two-day seminar. This event is an initiative of the Churchill Cup Alliance, which pairs USA Rugby with the well-established RFU for technical exchanges and development opportunities. This event will focus on:
  • Building relationships within the American college system
  • Establishing and maintaining high standards for players and coaches
  • Starting the USA Rugby College Coaches Association
  • Select technical modules with emphasis on the craft of coaching and officiating
A primary goal of this event is to provide an experience for coaches and administrators that will facilitate a fundamental change in the perception of rugby on campuses across America. With the introduction of the College Commitment, USA Rugby's goal is to improve the quality, image and awareness of rugby on college campuses. In completing the USA Rugby 2004 College Coaches Seminar, attendees will learn methods and tools for improving their college rugby programs. This seminar will benefit college coaches and personnel, including head and assistant coaches as well as professional and student administrators, from all competitive program levels. By fostering certain relationships within the American college system, developing leadership skills in players, coaches and administrators, and demanding high standards of behavior and performance, college coaches can raise the bar for American rugby and create the best club sport on campus.

Background on the Project
At its March 1998 board meeting , the TESOL Board of Directors created a task force on Standards for Teachers of Adult Learners, whose charge is to develop a framework of standards for teachers who work with adult learners in the U.S. The TESOL board decided to begin with the U.S. first and then investigate the applicability of the standards for settings outside of the U.S. The task force will manage the development of these teacher standards and will oversee their dissemination so that they may have impact within the TESOL profession. The challenge for the task force is that these standards are to be applicable to various adult ESL settings, including community colleges, in both credit and non-credit courses; adult education programs; IEP programs; programs in university for matriculated university students; and workplace sites. TESOL also has another task force working on teacher standards. The other task force is known as the
