Treatment for conditions including stroke, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis. Ohio, USA.

Alternative Therapies for Body and Mind
Cincinnati Hyperbarics
is a Ohio based clinic specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a form of treatment that allows a person to breath 100% oxygen while they are in a pressurized chamber. Hyperbaric Oxygen has been in use for many years to treat many different conditions, such as, stroke , head injury, cerebral palsy, bone-fracture, migraine headaches, chronic fatigue-syndrome (CFS), sports injuries, AIDS, sickle cell anemia, acute spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis (MS), Lyme disease , diabetic retinopathy, colitis, and diabetic foot ulcers. HBOT enhances the body's natural-healing process virtually risk free. Cincinnati Hyperbarics was founded by Dr. Ted Cole . Dr. Cole has been in practice for over 12 years, and is at the forefront of innovative and effective medical treatments. Dr. Cole has used alternative medicine since the opening of his office, and has a unique blend of both orthodox and alternative approaches. After a great deal of research and study, hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been added as an extension to the already large number of therapies available to his patients. Dr. Cole knows that hyperbaric oxygen is best used as a part of an overall approach to one's health care, and should not be viewed as a "miracle cure" for every condition. Cincinnati Hyperbarics is owned and operated by Dr. Cole as a freestanding center. Unlike many other facilities, it is not operated by technicians or a "medical director" that is rarely, if ever, actually on the premises of the hyperbaric facility. At Cincinnati Hyperbarics, Dr. Cole evaluates every patient. He designs and supervises every patient's course of therapy. He monitors every patient's progress, and is able to provide other treatments to accelerate and enhance each person's recovery. By using his vast experience and knowledge to combine hyperbaric oxygen with other therapies, he is able to ensure that you get the type of care that is best for you and your particular condition.

more common than you might think
Deaf people with cerebral palsy have been a part of my life ever since elementary school, when I neither understood cerebral palsy nor knew the name. When I was in the fourth grade, there was a deaf girl named Lisa. Lisa had difficulty walking but I thought she was the same as me because her cerebral palsy was not that severe. I still remember urging her to play hopscotch with me, and Lisa saying "I can't do it!" Lisa would sometimes cry in frustration when we tried to play together, and I would sometimes lose my patience with her.

When parents hear the words “cerebral palsy,” it often conjures up an image of a twisted, wheel chair-bound child. Cerebral palsy can have a broad range of severity. Sometimes it is so mild that it doesn’t limit activity at all. Sometimes it is quite severe. By definition, though, the brain damage that causes CP does not continue to get worse over time. What is it?

UK Cerebral Palsy Information Service.
The Cerebral Palsy Information Service is an independent network of medical negligence solicitors which is currently reviewing claims and arranging legal representation for people throughout the United Kingdom. We are able to recommend your compensation claim to an experienced solicitor who is a birth injury specialist and a member of The Law Society panel of medical negligence experts. Our service is completely free and neither us nor your solicitor will charge you a penny. Compensation is paid in full with no deductions, you will not have to pay for any insurance or finance the claim in any respect. Legal Aid is available for birth injury compensation claims and only the child's income if any is taken into account. Most children who have suffered from a birth injury will qualify for Legal Aid even thought the parents may have substantial income and assets. Birth Injury claims are usually fully funded by The Legal Aid Board with no financial contribution from the parents. Cerebral palsy is a catastrophic injury, altering the lives of both victims and their families forever. Most families simply don't have the resources to cover all of the expenses and provide for the child victim over his or her lifetime. That's where we come in to help your child receive the compensation they deserve. If your child's condition resulted from medical negligence, we can help you assert your rights and get the compensation you need.
