I have found out where our Indian Heritage came from In Cora's bible it says Mandy with Cherokee written next to it,, I am investigating this now and with Cora's family's help we are narrowing the Indian heritage down.. Mandy would have been Amanda Wright Mullinax my great, great grandmother..I have found Amanda Mullinax on the Wallace roll of 1896. The dates match up with her being married at the time. I am sending off for a copy of her application and hopefully this is my great great grandmother that is on the roll. Her Indian name was Lotus Flower This site is a member of WebRing. ... Updates
Top Within these pages, you can learn a little of the genealogy of the Fiegenbaum family. The story, in its current form, began in the small village of Ladbergen, Germany in the late 1600s and is presently unfolding on three continents. An ever expanding number of people, living and dead, knowing and unknowing, are playing their parts in this tale. We have included chapters on subjects that will help to place the bits and pieces of our family in the proper historical context. For the time being, these efforts reflect the current state of our research, and the bias of our own little branch of the whole tree. The facts presented here are one small effort to organize Time and Place in a very relative way. As our skills improve and the collection of data grows, we will expand our awareness and the scope of our story. Ladbergen and Northern Germany are an introduction to the small village and to the region of Westphalia where all Fiegenbaums seem to have gotten their start.

159. Vincent Family Genealogy
Ancestral history including query and reunion pages. Compiled by Sheridan Vincent, Rochester, New York.
http://www.vincent-family.org/
Welcome to a website with news and information for those interested in the Vincent Family. By way of introduction, my name is Sheridan Vincent and I reside at Rochester, New York. I began doing genealogical research in the late '60's, while in college, and have concentrated on my Vincent family line. Over the years of accumulation and correspondent exchange I have developed a considerable data warehouse on the family name of Vincent. While I have information from many localities, I have concentrated on researching New York family lines originating in or passing through the state. Several New York branches of the family moved to Canada or passed through on their way west. I can trace my line to Dr. Michael Vincent who was born in 1784 in Columbia County, New York. I believe that he was probably a grandson of Ambrose Vincent, who originated in Dutchess County, New York and settled in the 1760's at Columbia County, New York. Be sure to check out the Publications Page for information on a new book that is an index of more than 18,000 Vincent family members in the 1900 United States Census. Note our new Web domain address www.Vincent-Family.org
