Tell us something about the country you are from.

Belgium is a small European country. Although we are sandwiched in between the French, the Germans and the Dutch we do have a distinct culture. Our excellent beer and chocolate are world famous. Culturally we have famous painters like Rubens, Van Dijck, Breughel, Van Eyck, Margritte and of course many beautifull cities like medieval Bruges.
What 3 things do you value most?
girlfriend, friends, family
How will you follow the World Cup? On the TV in the student bar of the sports faculty. There also is the extra tension of doing final exams and at the same time following the world cup! What do you wear when you support your team? Possibly a big three-coloured Belgium hat (if it survived the EURO 2000 disappointment, I'll have to check). How far will your team get and why? Quarter finals: we've got a good a first-round draw, we've got the experience, we've got the mentality and nobody excepts us to do anything spectacular and that's the way we like it! The only thing we lack is a big star in our team, but I'm sure our fighting spirit and team mentality will make up for that.
