australian cooking multi cultural mix
I dont know where you live but australia is a very excitng place to cook there is such a mix of migrants,most exotic fruits are available,asia is so close and there is the new yet ancient aboriginal foods which are now being explored that it is very hard to choose a cook book I agree.aust bush foods are now cultivated and have some really good healthy benefits but Ihave to admit I love asian food indonesian and vietnamese.

In January 1788 Captain Arthur Phillip led the first band of hopeful settlers into Botany Bay, and then to ‘a noble and capacious harbour, equal if not superior to any known in the world.’
It was in The Rocks that Sydney first took root. This city was to become the focal point of Australia, and is where Australia's first restaurant was opened.
