Established in 1993, the Nonprofit Management Institute (NMI) has enhanced the management skills of over 3,000 professionals serving the nonprofit sector. Through a selection of courses, one-day seminars and a certificate program, NMI presents key issues affecting the nonprofit industry and helps individuals and organizations thrive in today's fast-paced and competitive environment. Arizona Community Foundation
The Arizona Community Foundation funds community and statewide needs in areas including the arts and culture, public education, the environment, youth development, community building, and health and human services. ACF’s priorities are: children, youth and families; public education reform; and community development. The organization helps nonprofit organizations improve their abilities to respond to the needs of Arizona communities by providing training, technical assistance, program evaluation or capacity building. If you are trying to obtain an abortion without parental consent, these self-service forms may be used to request permission from the superior court. Once you have filled these forms out you must file them in person or via U.S. mail to the superior court in your county.
*A.R.S. §§ 36-2152, enacted in 2001, prohibits any physician from performing an abortion on an unemancipated minor without the written consent of one of the minor's parents or her guardian or conservator, or unless a judge of the superior court authorizes the physician to perform the abortion pursuant to prescribed procedures. As a Research Assistant Professor in the International Center for Disability Information at West Virginia University, he published scholarly research articles and book chapters. He was a world-class guitar musician. He is missed by his many friends and colleagues.
