The purpose of the Academy shall be the promotion of the science of veterinary pharmacology and therapeutics. 14th Biennial AAVPT Symposium The 14th Biennial American Academy of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics Symposium will be held in the Washington DC area on May 16-18, 2005. The organizers of this meeting hope to make this the largest AAVPT meeting yet. The meeting will focus on three themes - Regulatory, Scientific and Teaching. Sessions on these three themes will run concurrently over the three days. Social activities will consist of an evening activity in the DC area and the traditional AAVPT banquet.
