Canada! Oh! Canada, of forests green and rocky mountains high
with maple leaf, your flags unfurled,
as Mounties passing by.
Salute the Queen of England
and your capital, Ottawa.
"The Royal Canadian Mounted Police"
enforce the federal law.
Heroes born of another time,
when lawlessness once ruled.
They drove crime out of Canada,
on horses they pursued. Justice for their nation then and now they do it too! In jeeps more than on horseback, but, they're still "The Mounties" through and through. Oh! Canada of rivers deep and cathedrals rising high, to woods and cities your history speaks, of French and English ties. "O Canada" is your anthem and "God Save the Queen," is sung. We hear your majesty in every note and in your church bells when they're rung. Oh! Canada of basins great, bays and lakes and seas "The Mother of your Nation," the St. Lawrence beckons me. And your country spreads before me in a glorious array. All your frozen, thawing, tundra's

The Alberta Advantage

Alberta's Economy

Investing in Alberta
Alberta, Canada Location The Province of Alberta, in western Canada, is strategically positioned as a gateway to North America — one of the worlds most lucrative and sought after markets. North America has a gross domestic product of more than $11 trillion U.S. and in excess of 400 million consumers. Canada's easy access to its affluent neighbour, the United States, gives businesses competitive advantages over countries outside North America. Population More than three million enterprising Albertans are the power behind Alberta's thriving economy. Alberta has a highly productive workforce that is among the most well educated in North America. Nearly 60 per cent of Albertans 25 years and older have post-secondary education. The energy and ingenuity of Albertans has led to new innovations, as well as competitive products and services. Alberta is a province with a reputation as a Canadian success story.
