Dodatek ten by³ fotokopi± manuskryptu Wu Chien-ch'uan'a (1870-1942) zatytu³owanego "T'ai-chi fa-shuo" opatrzonego napisan± przez Wu Kung-tsao - syna Wu Chien-ch'uan'a - przedmow± wyja¶niaj±c± i¿ tre¶æ zawiera nauki przekazane ojcu Wu Chien-ch'uan'a - Wu Ch'uan Yu (1834-1902) przez Yang Pan-hou. Yang Pan-hou by³ synem Yang Lu-chan'a (1799-1872), twórcy stylu Yang. Ostatnie trzy rozdzia³y przypisuje siê legendarnemu Chang San-feng'owi - twórcy Tai Chi Chuan.

    Cancer Metastasis
    Research Description :
  • Human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) is an important human pathogen. HCMV infection usually develops asymptomatic lifelong infection in healthy individuals. However, it often reactivates in immunocompromised people such as AIDS patients and causes significant morbidity and mortality. For the past several years, we have made important findings on the role of immediate early protein IE2 (UL122) in regulating transcription of cellular genes (Huang et al. JBC 275: 12313, 2000; Chiou et al. J. of Immunol. 167: 4098, 2001). We are currently interested in understanding the physiological role of other immediate early gene products during HCMV infection and anti-HCMV drug screening. Cancer invasion and metastasis
Cancer metastasis consists of a series of cellular activities including tumor cell invasion, migration, and angiogenesis. We have successfuly established a human lung adenocarcinoma cell model which has several sublines of increasing invasive potential. This tumor model can be used to identify genes differentially expressed in cells of different metastatic abilities.
