Use levels are steadily escalating and we don't know quite what caused the outages, but we are working to prevent any further problems. If there are difficulties, however, please bear with it. The use levels, indeed, are so high that there isn't much point in urging you to visit the site or describing a few new articles as incentive to induce you to do so the odds are overwhelmingly good that you are doing so, regularly, already.
