- Trevor Hoffman
- Luis Castillo
- Barry Larkin
- Fernando Tatis
- Pat Meares
- Pokey Reese
From this, it looks like the Orioles will have some money to play with, and so will the Pirates. Either of these teams could make a big splash by claiming Manny Ramirez or making a run at Vlad Guerrero . The Dodgers might also have some major money, but with the ownership change I'm not sure how active they'll be. I expect the big movers to be the Yankees, Orioles, Red Sox, and Mariners.
