If you need to localize your application, VB has a lot of limitations. It pretty much requires the localizer to own VB so they can translate, and resize, and then recompile your application. Our Win32Dialog tools provide a better wayan addin the developer runs that creates Win32 dialog resources that look just like your VB forms, and a runtime class that resizes/translates your VB form to match those resources. To localize, you simply send the .RES file or a .DLL to your localizer, and they do the work using the same tools they would use for C++ or other applications.

My main goals were giving it more of a clean look and trying to bring it up to 1999 expectations. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS1) have now been implemented. I originally constructed a global CSS file for the updated site. Unfortunately Star Office imports the sheet and makes the reference local. I may add a DHTML (VBScript or JavaScript) page or a JAVA applet to the site. It will offer user interactivity with a sample programmable thermostat (a simulation). The navigation options at the bottom of each page may be put in a seperate frame running as a JAVA applet or a JavaScript or VBScript. I will test this on the simulation page. I will also update the material providing new and more information in the next few weeks.
