Extractions: ECA Staff Writers February 22, 1998 - Warner Theatre, Washington, DC If you like Dice and it was non-stop laughter you were looking for then, it was the classic Andrew Dice Clay who returned to the Warner Theatre this past Saturday. Looking back on past perfomances, many fans were not sure what to expect. Many eager fans wanted the Dice to jump right into his nursery rhymes, which are one his classic acts. Instead, he started the show with a few jokes referring to a member of the audience with a big head. When he was finished with this guy, fans were surprised that he had any hair left on his big head. Next, it would have not been classic Dice is he did not mock someone in the crowd that came with a girlfriend. Traditionally, Dice has sent so many fans in the front row laughing hysterically that it almost seemed like they were crying about themselves after being humiliated. After referring to many of his preferences with women, he proceeded to shoot down Howard Stern, who apparently is not a favorite of the Dice. He previously challenged Stern to a show down which he declined. Dice said, "Bring him up here and I will tear him apart, he doesn't want any piece of me." That is a showdown that anyone would pay a lot of money for and should happen while Dice has his skills polished.

You can blindfold these people with dental floss! You don't give 'em the keys to a car YOU KICK 'EM IN THE ASS AND SAY 'GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE COUNTRY'!!!!!!' But let me reiterate at this point, the Dice persona doesn't come across as angry (like he would later). He just sounds like a neighborhood oaf crackin' filthy jokes on the corner. But FUNNY! Funny as a pituitary gland filled with shit!
