Wildlife Art Prints By Ann Seward Specializes in commissioned animal portraits in fine art watercolours. Gallery includes limited edition prints of fox, hare, deer, horses, hounds and terriers. Wiltshire. http://www.as-wildlife-art.com/
Extractions: By Ann Seward Watercolour studies of wildlife art, as seen through the eyes of Ann Seward are truly remarkable. Whilst appearing so lifelike in every detail, they each project the very essence of the animal they portray. Whether a fox-cub, or a mature dog fox; a leveret or an adult jack hare; each study captures the very nature of our secret countryside dwellers. Hare Study The attention to detail is unquestionable, and her technique of layering thousands of washes gives a seemingly tactile depth to the coat: this together with her ability to capture the very essence of the eye and expression, makes the animal appear truly alive. Her innate ability of perception and of portraying these individual characteristics is unequivocal, and has ensured her reputation as one of the foremost animal portraitists in the United Kingdom.
Extractions: WELCOME AWARDS GALLERY FOR SALE ... EMAIL Welcome , while you are here, I would like to tell you about myself. I enjoy taxidermy to a passion, and have been leaning towards, custom taxidermy, with artistic merit to it. I have been attending and participating in taxidermy competitions and seminars. I am constantly working to improve my methods and skills. Which have enabled me to win some nice awards, and make me want to learn and do more artistic taxidermy work. I have loved taxidermy since I was about 10 years old, I grew up hunting and trapping. My father took me hunting at a very young age, and some times wound up caring me out of the woods. He got me my very first taxidermy specimen, with permission from a dairy farmer, he brought me home a barn pigeon. When you leave your trophy with me, it will be given the utmost care. When you return to pick it up, it will have the natural life like look, necessary to bring your trophy too life.

An unspoiled swath of rolling tundra linking the glacier-capped Brooks Range to the lagoons of the Beaufort Sea, the plain provides newborn caribou with the plant species and weather conditions they need to survive. Without this pristine nursery ground, the herd and populations of polar bears, Arctic wolves and millions of migratory birds that also depend on the coastal plain would be gravely threatened. And yet, the Bush administration is determined to let oil and gas companies drill in the Arctic Refuge. Massive energy development would give rise to a dense web of roads and pipelines, destroying critical habitat while we could save more than 15 times the likely yield of oil from the Arctic Refuge by increasing fuel efficiency standards for new vehicles to 40 miles per gallon by 2012. BioGems Defenders have helped block the Bush administration's efforts at every turn. But Congress remains deeply divided over the future of this remarkable region. Please tell your senators and representative that you'll be watching every vote they take on the Arctic Refuge.
