The program provides each high school student who has a 3.00 GPA in the core and overall coursework and a composite score of 21 on the ACT and a sub-score of 19 in all subject areas (math, English, science, reading) or a combined score of 1000 on the SAT I and a math score of 460 and a verbal score of 470 with a full-tuition scholarship to a state college or university or an equivalent dollar scholarship ($2,800) to an in-state private college. The scholarship is based on the student's achievements not on his or her parent's financial resources, the college's resources, nor on other factors.
