Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: Ms. Carolyn N. Graham (Ward 5) as a member of the Board of Education of the District of Columbia established by section 2 of the School Governance Companion Amendment Act of 2000, effective July 18, 2000 (D.C. Law 13-149; D.C. Official Code §1-204.95) completing the unexpired term of Laura Gardner, which will end December 14, 2004. Sec. 3.
