Extractions: a new beginning. For the past thirty years we have been led to believe that there is a significant educational response underway around the world for dealing with the environmental problems of the earth. It is not true. Right from the start that effort has been co-opted, and diluted, and trivialized. Now we are on the verge of losing a whole generation of planetary citizens who could have set the course for a different future. There is not much time left. This web site will introduce you to a new path that the world's largest group of professional educators in the environmental field has already taken in an attempt to address these problems. We hope you will join us on our shared journey among the stars, working together to live more lightly upon the earth.
