Dr. Bailey brought the presentation that would be presented to council. He explained that the increase in budget to be requested would just cover the increases in costs for insurance, overhead expenses for the buildings, etc. Dr. Bailey explained that one of the major concerns he had at that moment was how to present the budget where all the nuances were understandable. How to explain the budget effectively. Dr. bailey made the presentation to the members present. After trying to write everything down and failing miserably, Dr. Bailey said that he would make available to us a copy of the presentation.
