Not only was the department a substantial drain on the College's finances, but the CE market was really overbooked. The College, the Oklahoma Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Foundation, local and district dental societies, dental laboratories, and dental supply companies were all sponsoring courses. While our CE department was disbanded, we have continued to offer a variety of courses sponsored by the Robertson Society and individual academic departments. We have also continued the Faculty Lecture Series and our association with the Oklahoma Dental Foundation and its courses. Ms. Vicki Coury is currently our Coordinator of Continuing Education.
