Extractions: CoManage's Breakthrough Solution Enables New Jersey CLEC to Provision and Manage DSL Services that are Tailored to Customers' Needs PITTSBURGH, Feb. 6, PRNewswire CoManage, the leading supplier of Customer-Aware(TM) Service Management systems for network service providers, today announced that Cooperative Communications, a central New Jersey regional CLEC, has selected CoManage's Integrated Service Manager(TM) (ISM(TM)) to better provision and manage its DSL services. Cooperative offers QuikSpeed DSL service, as well as Internet services and long distance and other telephone services. "While we were originally just looking for a fault management system, we chose CoManage's Integrated Service Manager because it offered us an entire service management package," said Richard Snyder, Cooperative's Chief Technology Officer. "Not only does the software offer us superior fault management, it also provides us with discovery, provisioning and performance monitoring that is Customer-Aware, which means we can monitor exactly how network performance affects each individual customer's resources and services." "Cooperative had traditionally 'resold' voice lines from Bell Atlantic to small and medium-sized business customers in the Mid-Atlantic region," said Dave Nelsen, CEO and co-founder of CoManage. "By installing an ATM core network with DSL edge delivery of voice and data service, Cooperative can reduce its cost outlays and increase margins, while controlling the equipment and customer interface. ISM is the perfect application to complement these DSL services and provide Cooperative with an efficient provisioning and fault management system."

Extractions: April 2003 The short answer is, "probably not." Each state is different, so proper advice is needed from a specialist in each state. Some states allow sales at farmer's markets of select foods; others prohibit sales altogether. The National Center for Home Food Preservation does NOT provide guidelines to home food preservers who wish to take the next step from home food preservation to commercial food preservation. Home food preservation is not regulated; however, food preservation and processing for commercial purposes is regulated. There are federal level regulations from the U.S. FDA (also USDA for meat and poultry products), state level regulations, and often county or city regulations.
