    Extractions: On a different note, I have to complain a bit...the recent movie "The Day After Tomorrow" is really starting to annoy me. No, I haven't seen it, because if I did, I'm afraid I would attack the screen in a fit of rage and get thrown out of the theater. After reading about the plot, I lost any interest in this movie. The director tries to show what would happen if global warming goes crazy, but almost every ounce of science in the movie is wrong! Hurricanes can't draw down sub-freezing air from the upper atmosphere, they are a warm-core low pressure center that needs 80 degree water to survive, and besides, air EXITS at the top of a hurricane!! The air would warm drastically as it descends, and... I could go on an on... I just wish more people would realize that this movie is science fiction . Anyway, I'm stepping off my soapbox now. :)
