If you are interested in Chaos, Fractals or Complex systems and music then you will probably find something of interest here. The various references are sorted according to somewhat broad "pertinencies" which I find useful. Please bear in mind that just because an author is included in say the "Music-Event level" category does not mean the author avoids discussing fractal synthesis at all. This is my rough assessment of the main technique discussed. About four of the references below are oblique the rest are all extremely subject specific.
