Child Care Center The EPA-RTP Library supports the research and informational needs of the EPA in general and the RTP facilities in particular. The Library is open to the public 9 AM - 3 PM Monday through Friday (except federal holidays). All visitors must have a photo identification to enter the facility. Reference staff are available to answer questions both on-site and via telephone at (919) 541-2777. The main focus of the collection is air pollution, with emphasis on chemical toxicity and the basic sciences, and includes some coverage of business, economics, and computer-related information. The EPA-RTP Library collection is composed of more than 400 journal titles, more than 4000 books, and an extensive documents collection. In addition to these print resources, the library has many EPA documents and the Federal Register on microfiche. The collection and resources described above are available for on-site use only. Microfiche readers and copy machines are available in the library for public use.
