The US Customary system of measurement is complicated, antiquated, and now an outdated system of measurement derived from imperial England. Even England and the rest of the United Kingdom have already adopted the metric system as their official system of measurement and it is time for the USA to do so as well. Only the USA, Myanmar (formerly known as Burma) and Liberia have not made the metric system their official system of measurement! The failure of the USA to thus far officially adopt the metric system, hinders USA exports. By the year 2010 the European Union will no longer allow any imports of products labeled with US customary units, only metric units will be allowed on the labels. It will be costly for USA companies to use one set of units on exports and another set of units on domestic products. This is more costly because such businesses will need to keep two separate sets of inventories for the same merchandise, one set with US units on the package and one set with metric only units on the package. This increases inventory costs. The USA needs to transition to metric now if it wants to continue to cost effectively compete in the global marketplace.

I am basing my measurements off from the 911 experience. The same measurement I used to predict a year marked with terrorism in 2001 for the United States. You may view my archive. September 8-18, 2001 measured 14. The method is quite simple. These numbers measure hidden activity for the United States. The highest is 14 to date. This would indicate that a very serious threat exists. It could be done for any country. 1-4 is manageable. 5 is a heads-up, and 6 is active abductions, disgruntled prisoners, hospital activity, and terror activity. Above 6, situations are brewing covertly. Below you will see a calendar for September 2002. Remember, you don't have to be Al Qaeda to be a terrorist. Abduction and homicide are forms of terror, too. Also, we have all kinds of secret service and prisoner acts that will show up in this measurement. I will clarify where I can. The goal here is to bring a helpful awareness to the public. The danger of this calendar is that it focuses primarily on giving a terrorism measurement. This means I am not mentioning other important news. Please realize there is other news out there. Terrorism just happens to be a fact of life these days. Perhaps this can offer a heads-up and save some lives.

Now Ten years ago we called this AD ( Anno Domini ), but we don't use latin anymore, as these days it is just confusing jargon, and relies on an expensive public school education to make any sense of it at all.
