Extractions: Astronomy is not the same thing as present day "astrology". Astrology is an old practice, which has many different levels. The 21st century promises the challenge for humans to live and work in space. The achievements of scientists, engineers, technicians, and specialists who will build and operate the Space Station are the legacy of the national Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA's) many years of experience in selecting and training astronauts to work on the frontier of space. Each month, the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Michigan State University makes the Skywatcher's Diary available over the Internet. The Skywatcher's Diary for February 2004 has been prepared by David Batch. Credit to the author and to Abrams Planetarium, Department of Physics and Astronomy at Michigan State University, and mention of our Sky Calendar, would be appreciated.
