Extractions: The further things stick out To say that I am a political junkie is an understatement. Those of you who really know me, know that politics are my life. Sure, I love motorcycles Tabasco , sports, and red wine, but politics, the process, the players, and the parties, are what make me who I am. It started a decade ago, the first hint of what would rapidly become an obsession the likes of which I had never known. By 1991, I was in deep, and when 1992 rolled around, it was all over. I was hooked. This page will be the focus of more and more of my attention in the future. For now, I hope a few links to selected sites will satisfy you, you jackals. MCGOVERN Sen. George McGovern is my political hero. A man who stood for what he believed in, no matter what the cost. Easily one of the most honest, sincere, and respectable men ever to hold office. He is currently president of the Middle East Policy Council. HUNTER S. THOMPSON
