Djembé-Dramé: Home West african percussion and dance classes and workshops in Amsterdam. http://home.wanadoo.nl/double.dreads/eng/
Extractions: was born in the Griot family Diabaté-Dramé in 1973. Before he could walk he already started to drum on plastic watertanks. His father played percussion whilst his mother sang at traditional Bambara celebrations (Bambara is an ethnic group of Malinese origine). Little Moussé was taken to these celebrations to play as well, which made him a professional djembe and doundounplayer of the Bambara rhythms at the age of 12. Seydou Cissokho, the leader of "Ballet Locasia" saw this young talent and asked him to join his ballet. In this ballet Moussé also learned to play seourouba and sabar. After two years he went to Blaise Senghor to become the percussionist of the well-known ballet of Joe Coly. Mansour Gueye, the artistic leader of Ballet Rakadjou, soon asked him to become the solist of his ballet. At the age of 20, Moussé went on his first European tour to Palma de Mallorca. Other tours through Spain followed. Furthermore, he was invited in the summers of 1996 and 1997 to teach percussion, accompany danceclasses and to give concerts in Switzerland. Back in Dakar Moussé taught percussion to European and American visitors of his country. He also accompanied the classes who his sister Tackou (a dancer of the National Ballet of Senegal) taught to foreigners. At this moment Moussé lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where he teaches, accompanies, and performs succesfully throughout the country. Furthermore, he performs and teaches in Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Italy and France. He's is also the solist of "Rimbaax": a professional Senegalese group who gives spectacular performances using all the different drums of Senegal.
