ABN Cataloguing Manual: Part F Miscellaneous ABN Cataloguing Manual Part F miscellaneous. Part F.1 Filing rules inthe ABN catalogues. Introduction. Abbreviations, initials and acronyms. http://www.nla.gov.au/kinetica/manuals/catmanf.html
Extractions: Home About Us Services What's New Events Contact Us Manuals Connect Now Introduction Filing rules used in the indexes to the ABN Catalogues are based on the Library of Congress filing rules. Users should refer to these rules for a full understanding of the ABN Catalogue filing sequence. However, exceptions to these rules have been made for the filing of the ampersand and roman numerals in titles. These exceptions are detailed within the brief summary of ABN filing which appears below. Entries in the indexes are filed alphabetically word by word, and words are arranged character by character. A word is one or more characters set off by spaces. A word does not have to be pronounceable. Initial articles are ignored in filing, e.g. 1 x 1 equal 1 (l is a word) The AAAS science book list for children (AAAS is a word) EQMM annual (EQMM is a word) Equal justice (Equal is a word) The IQ cult (IQ is a word) Ira sleeps over (Ira is a word) The UFO experience (UFO is a word) Punctuation

Extractions: Sit back and relax. You are "unconscious" in game terms, typically by getting a halfbrick in a sock to the back of the head or drinking the wrong potion. It will clear up reasonably quickly. This is also a favourite way for the management to deal with obnoxious characters. If you violate the rules of Nan, e.g. spamming channels, swearing on public channels, harassing people etc etc, then you might find yourself passed out for a LONG time. Or banned for a LONG time. Or deleted. Or ... Sure. As in everything else, early bird gets the worm. Most people are reasonably friendly though, so just ask them and you're likely to get at least some of the loot back. I'm sure some people have triggers in their clients that automatically gets everything from every corpse in a room they enter so they might not even notice it's your kill.
