The following documents contain information about, and links to download, a large selection of the browsers browser helper apps HTML editors , and document / image management tools that are currently available. These links are organized by platform, and then by tool type. "Miscellaneous Tools" include utilities for making transparent and interlaced GIF images, image mapping software to make clickable images, guides to CGI and Perl, and other packages and resources that don't fall easily into any of the above categories. This can be a problem, in the long run. Here is a more-or-less untested list of these editors: Alpha Latest version System requirements Download size : 1,570 KB License : shareware Entry Updated : 01/Dec/1995 Alpha uses Tcl as a scripting language and supports fully customizable macro keys and menus, Mac Drag-and-Drop, and AEGizmos. It is essentially a WYSIWYG editor, with support for all HTML3.2 elements. It includes a graphical viewer for visualizing webs of documents, as well as the ability to "publish" the documents by tranferring them to a remote server.
